A true boss babe and serial entrepreneur, Alicia gets excited about all things business! As a second-generation entrepreneur, she’s seen it all and has spent her career on the frontlines of both sole proprietorship businesses and multinational corporations.
A glass-half-full kind of human, she views everything through the lens of opportunity when helping business owners grow and expand in their personal and professional worlds. One of her mottos: “Everything is figureoutable”.
When she’s not leading her marketing agency & leading kick@ss KA events, you can find her bingeing a terrifying true crime series + spending quality time with her daughters.

A known disruptor, Rebecca is a rebel with a cause! Known for her high energy, contagious confidence, and natural ability to lead, she’s been helping people break through all manner of roadblocks and obstacles in her work as a Life Coach for the past 20 years.
She’s passionate about teaching women how to show up for themselves in BIG, unapologetic ways as she helps her clients reclaim their power and live with intentionality, re-defining what modern success is.
When she’s not busy empowering you forward, you can find her playing aggressive Wii tennis (no joke – full gear is used!), and basking in the sunshine or, as she calls it, “soulshine”.
